The Black Forest Hatchet is lightweight and beautifully crafted, with a traditional wide-bit German woodworker blade, often known as a Rhineland Pattern Head. Small cutting hatchets like these are popular for bushcraft / campcraft as the wide curved blade with beard and pointed toe make them exceptionally versatile in the field. Comes with our standard top grain cowhide leather adjustable sheath.

WARRANTY
We provide a 20 year warranty, to the original purchaser, on the head of all our hatchets and axes.
Please note that the warranty does not extend to the handle. Although we take great care in sourcing only the best hickory and ash timber. As wood is a natural material we are unable to warrant its performance.
