Poncho aftercare
The waterproofing on the poncho is a PU coating so will not need any attention to keep it waterproof, but the outer surface is treated with DWR (durable water repellent) which causes the water to bead up and roll off.Once deactivated, it can lead to the fabric wetting out and looking like it is failing but this is just cosmetic. The DWR can be reapplied, and we would suggest something like Nikwax or Granger’s products. These products are supplied with full instructions and are usually washed in or sprayed on the item.
There is no hard and fast rule as to how often you would need to do this, just when you notice water stops beading up on the garment.

Horizon Tactical Merino Boot Olive/Black
The Merino Boot sock has a full loop-pile construction throughout giving the sock a uniform feel and weight around the foot and the leg. The loop pile, whilst still dense and durable, has a little bit more loft to it giving the feeling that the feet are floating on air. A chunky, non-restrictive welt, fine toe seam and specially designed grip sections only add to the all-over comfort, whilst the Lycra content maintains a sure fit wash after wash.

Horizon Workwear 2pk – Olive
Workwear socks have to be durable yet comfortable. They need to stand up to the rigours of a hard day’s work without the necessary care and attention lavished on some of its more pampered outdoor sock cousins. The solution is to use new wool with strong polyamide. New wool is wool that has not been previously used meaning the wool has not sustained any damage. What new wool fibres lack in softness it more than make up for in strength and durability. The tight knit loop pile has a ribbed finished to the upper foot and leg, which, with the grip sections and Lycra content continually provide a great fit despite the use and abuse they suffer.2 x Olive
