SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

Shipping is to mainland UK and the Isle of Wight only. If you live outside of this area, and it is legal to ship the items to where you live, contact us directly to see if there is anything we can do to facilitate an Order.

How much is delivery?

There is a standard delivery charge of £4.95. There is no delivery charge for orders that are placed online and collected directly from Wey Farm. We deliver only to the residential & business addresses.

Is there an extra charge for large or heavy items?

In exceptional cases, items that are very heavy or have extreme dimensions will attract an additional delivery charge based on weight and/or dimensions. You will be advised of the additional charge before you make the decision to purchase such an item at the checkout.

How fast is your delivery?

Orders placed before 13:00 for stock items are dispatched the same day, or next working day if placed on Saturday or Sunday, for next day delivery. If your goods are in stock and the web order is placed before 1pm, delivery will be the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped next working day allowing for weekends & bank holidays. Some products are stored in our external stock. These items will be delivered in 3-4 working days & will be notified of this when placing the order. If your goods aren’t in stock, we will email you to notify when they will be in stock and give you an expected delivery date.

What courier service do you use?

Orders are generally delivered using the Royal Mail "signed for" service.

* Wey Farm Outdoors reserves the right to substitute Couriers for Royal Mail services where appropriate.

Instead of my goods being delivered, can I pick them up from the warehouse?

Yes, you can, for this you need to show your order payment confirmation details. You can collected your order directly from our Wey Farm shop.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Debit or credit card
We use Stripe, an online payment method that is 100% secure and reliable. Just select your preferred card method. Once the payment is complete you will receive an order confirmation email.

Apple Pay
One touch to pay will be displayed on iOS devices and on Safari browser when using desktop. No need to manually type card or shipping details. Follow instructions on a screen. 

One-click payment
You can pay via Apple Pay if you are using Safari or iOS device. If you choose quick payment option, on Chrome Browser a pop-up will be displayed just follow the instructions.

ORDERS

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No, there is no minimum order quantity (unless stated on the product description).

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please email info@weyfarm.co.uk with order details to cancel.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order without creating an account.

How Do I Track My Order?

Wey Farm Outdoors can provide all tracking details. Please email info@weyfram.co.uk.

DAMAGES & RETURNS

What do I need to do if my order is damaged?

Before signing for delivery please check the goods upon receipt and confirm the number of parcels matches the carriers consignment note. If there is evidence of damage to the parcels please note this on the carriers hand held terminal or sign for as "unchecked". Please inform us of any damage or discrepancy within 24 hours or on the next working day.

How do I return an order if it is damaged?

We do not accept returned goods unless agreed in writing beforehand and a return address has been given. To report damages or arrange a return, please email info@weyfarm.co.uk. In this email, please include the following pieces of information:
1) Company/name on the order
2) Full delivery address
3) Order number
4) Photos of any damage/issues

Where do I send damaged goods?

Please note our goods are stored at our central warehouse and not at our office address.

Are there any fees applied for returns?

Returned goods will be subject to a restocking charge of 20%.
